Pen Review on Haolilai #601 Pen:

Received my Haolilai #601F and just wanted to drop you a line about the pen. I filled it with PR American Blue and the pen started writing with no problems. Even after putting the pen for several hours, it started writing with no coaxing. The nib is extremely smooth and the pen writes with little effort. It puts down a nice wet line. I used it for an entire weeked and it is definitely becoming my favorite.  Thanks for carrying such a nice pen at a reasonable cost!

Haolilai #601F

Haolilai Stationery Company manufactures middle grade to top grade fountain pens and gift packaging from Shanghai China. This is the model #601F and is a real beauty that no photo can do justice.  This is a beautiful lacquer applied finish with gold and copper sparkles.  This pen radiated a very high end expensive look and is truly a magnificent looking pen.  This has a snap on type cap with gold clip and accents.  It's provides a generous ink flow thus laying  down a nice medium wet line. It's a full sized fountain pen and considered a medium weight. Wrap around Gold Nib is stamped  Haolilai M 22 KGP.  It would be considered a medium-to-fine point nib. This could also be considered a western MEDIUM but I consider it very close to a medium point. This comes with a full sized converter and can use International  ink cartridges. It measures 5 1/2" capped and 6 1/4" posted. This comes with a gift box.
